Trailblazers WYD, Inc. Privacy Policy
Trailblazers WYD Inc. does not share
information about you outside of Trailblazers WYD Inc. volunteer corps
and required third parties, and never for purposes alien to the
activities of our organization.
Trailblazers WYD Inc. is a Catholic
Apostolate of Youth Pilgrimages. The volunteer corps is dedicated to
protecting the privacy of your nonpublic personal information. We
maintain information about you in order to provide you with safe, fun,
wholesome and affordable Pilgrimages. We want you to understand what
information we collect, and how we use and protect it. This policy
serves as a standard for all Trailblazers WYD Inc. volunteers for
collection, use, retention and security of your nonpublic personal
information.
“Nonpublic personal
information” is information about you that we obtain in
connection with providing safe, fun, wholesome and affordable
Pilgrimages. Such information includes for example, name, address,
telephone numbers, passport information and payment history.
Trailblazers WYD Inc. does not
disclose nonpublic personal information about you to any companies
except required travel agencies in order to complete the services
provided by Trailblazers WYD Inc. The confidentiality of your nonpublic
personal information will continue to be maintained consistent with
this privacy policy.
Trailblazers WYD Inc. works with a
variety of third parties to serve you better. We disclose information
about you as necessary to fulfill these third party service agreements.
For example, we may disclose information about you to third parties
such as our travel agent(s) or airlines for travel details and flight
ticket purchases related to our pilgrimages.
We may disclose all of the
information we collect, as described above, to third parties that
traveling services on our behalf. Because we already limit the sharing
of your nonpublic personal information as outlined above, no action is
necessary on your part to limit such sharing.

We believe that your privacy should
never be violated. At the same time, we want to offer you our best
service you need to fully enjoy a pilgrimage. We believe we can do both
by following the terms stated in this privacy policy.
